I have grown to dislike this dealership. Recently I I have grown to dislike this dealership. Recently I was looking for a new car, and on several occasions I tried to get them to match offers that I I have grown to dislike this dealership. Recently I was looking for a new car, and on several occasions I tried to get them to match offers that I received from other dealerships on the car that I wanted, and they took days to get back to me, and then even after all of that they couldn't get the deal done. I ended up buying my car at Mid-Hudson Subaru across the river. On-top of all of the pain of buying a car from them, there service department sucks. It has the worst hours of any service department in the history of service departments. They are open M-F 8:00a - 5:00p. Who can work with those hours? If you want a loaner vehicle? You must be having MAJOR service done. You work right down the road, and you just want a ride? HA! Not a chance. If your thinking about this dealership, just do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I talked to Ruge's over the phone, and even they were more accommodating than Colonial, but when it came down to it, every dealer in the area is leaps and bounds ahead of Colonial. More
