Last week my card had to be towed to Colonia is top notch. They are loyal to their customers and treat them like family, which is a rare thing today. Last week my card had to be towed to Colonial for repair. I was 2 hours away from home and there was a huge snowstorm coming in. Although their fleet of courtesy cars were all out with customers who own newer cars, the folks at Colonial went out of their way to find me a loaner car so I could get home ahead of the storm. They turned around the repair to my car in 2 days but allowed me to keep the loaner car until it was convenient to return it. Now that is what I call good customer service. I highly recommend Colonial as the Subaru Dealer of choice in the Hudson Valley for both sales and service. Thank you Colonial Subaru! More
