I had done a significant amount of research prior to arriving at Curry Subaru and had contacted them via email regarding availability and price. I was greeted by the very friendly sales staff and Paul arriving at Curry Subaru and had contacted them via email regarding availability and price. While we were out on the test drive, the manager examined my trade-in vehicle. Within an hour, we had arrived at a price for the new car, a value for the trade-in, cleared my credit, signed a purchase agreement, and arranged for my insurance. I had a party to attend. Paul made arrangements to get the vehicle ready for me later that afternoon. When I returned, Paul spent alot of time reviewing the operation of the vehicle, including the bluetooth and navigation systems. I was extremely happy to get exactly the car I wanted at a very good price without a protracted process. I plan to service the vehicle at the dealership and would definitely purchase another car from them. More

I was very please with the service provides by Marc the sales consultant. he was to the point, honest and I believe he was very sincere in his negotiation of the price. It was the easiest time I have ever had purchasing a new car. I got my price, they made the deal, they took care of everything. I just had to remember to show up on time to pick up the car. total rip-off place. each time I have brought my subaru to curry for a routine dealer matter, they tell me they have noticed an additional and dire repair that must be done. today I literally drove straigh to curry for a routine dealer matter, they tell me they have noticed an additional and dire repair that must be done. today I literally drove straight from curry to my usual car repair for a 2nd opinion. what a contrast. at curry, they kept my car for 6 hrs, charged me $107 for a diagnosis although they said they could not fix my original problem, but told me I had newly discovered massive oil and antifreeze leaking into my engine pan and needed new gaskets asap. "your car is flooded with oil and antifreeze" were the exact words. the curry front desk woman was also very rude. so--I drove straight from curry to corsi tire in ossining for a 2nd opinion, where they said the oil leak was negligible, no antifreeze leak at all, just a little normal air conditioner condensation, and just keep an eye on whether a problem is truly developing when you change the oil, also explaining to me just how expensive the unneeded gasket repair would be--"yeah maybe it will eventually develop into a true gasket replacement, but it's nowhere near needing that at this time." plus corsi literally diagnosed my car the moment I handed in my keys. wait time 15 minutes, and free. curry is just an operation designed to shovel as many cars thru as they can and make money off of each one. plus this is far from my first bad experience there. won't be going back. beware.
