My sales associate, I believe her name was KK was pretty good, if she didn't know the answers she went and got them. The process took way too long! Credit rating means nothing to them! The manager that closed the deal to my wife and I his personality was as bad as the same as a warthog! He complained about his hours and he was ready to go home! It wasn't our fault that we were there for three and a half hours! What is good as credit as my wife and I have we still got screwed on the APR. And they'll try to sell you everything at the same time, warranties is what I'm speaking about don't do it! I will never ever step back into this dealership I will never ever have my truck serviced at this dealership and I would advise anybody to go anywhere else to buy a new vehicle other than D&D they are dishonest as they come!
