My sales associate, I believe her name was KK was pretty good, if she didn't know the answers she went and got them. The process took way too long! Credit rating means nothing to them! The manager that closed the deal to my wife and I his personality was as bad as the same as a warthog! He complained about his hours and he was ready to go home! It wasn't our fault that we were there for three and a half hours! What is good as credit as my wife and I have we still got screwed on the APR. And they'll try to sell you everything at the same time, warranties is what I'm speaking about don't do it! I will never ever step back into this dealership I will never ever have my truck serviced at this dealership and I would advise anybody to go anywhere else to buy a new vehicle other than D&D they are dishonest as they come! If you do go in hold on to your bill holds and just say no to everything. More

First, let me congratulate D&D for being in business for over 86 years. After our experience with them buying a used Nissan Rogue SL we can understand how they have achieved that record. One week after buying this car I realized it was using oil terribly, so took it back to them to see what was going on. We love the car, a 2018, and it looks like a brand new one, 53,000 miles. Long story short, Mr. Steve Henderson made sure the problem was solved at a great relief for my wife and I. This was the first car we bought from D&D but will not be the last I’m sure.
