They lied about almost everything.. I bought a used car in April of 2014. They told me that they would "take good care of me" because this is the first time I had ever financed a car. We I bought a used car in April of 2014. They told me that they would "take good care of me" because this is the first time I had ever financed a car. Well, I learned my lesson. They told me that there was only one previous owner with no accidents. That was a HUGE lie. There was 3 previous owners with a MAJOR accident with SEVERE damage reported. I drove the car off of the lot after purchasing it and the check engine light comes on. They screwed me and made me feel as if they were doing me a favor by 'helping me out.' I will NEVER buy a vehicle from them again and I will definitely not point anyone in their direction. They should be ashamed. More
Dropped my car off on a Sunday. Dealership closed. Was on my way out of town when warning light went on and said ti bring car to dealer for service immediately. Reveveived call the next morning from Karen that the vehicle would be evaluated and she would call me back. Karen called.. The issue was resolved. I told Karen I'd be out of town for about a week.that presented no problem. I will definitely use their services again. I was more than very pleased! More

I had two problems.1) Needed rear shocks = Shocks were ordered and appointment made to install. Done on time and as told. 2) I had a light go on on the dash while driving. They placed the car on a monito ordered and appointment made to install. Done on time and as told. 2) I had a light go on on the dash while driving. They placed the car on a monitor and found the problem, a bad sensor. They made the correction. It did take about a day and half to solve the problem. Problem has been solved. Dick O'Brien More

They were very friendly and honest people. They worked hard to give me the best deal possible. The wait time was minimal and Randy my Sales person was just fantastic, If your going to buy a Ford product hard to give me the best deal possible. Visiting dealership after my daughter bought a 2010 ford Edge, I wanted to see what it looked like. Upon seeing the vehicle, I spotted a 2010 Ford Explorer which called out our name, we did the initial pape Edge, I wanted to see what it looked like. Upon seeing the vehicle, I spotted a 2010 Ford Explorer which called out our name, we did the initial paperwork, and two days later, I drove off the lot. Ms. Jo, the sales person, went above and beyond her job to see that we could get the car we desired. Mr Kirkland was great in doing the leg work of financing, all were great, but we have to give MS. Jo, very special attentionto our needs. Thank you again. More
I set up a meeting and had several conversations by phone with the dealership. I let them know I was coming to purchase a specific vehicle and they planned the day for me and said the vehicle would be ready with the dealership. After driving over an hour to reach the dealership, they send me a text as I pull in the lot, telling me they sold the car. I was only about 15 minutes past my SCHEDULED time. They don't even Call, they just send a text. Horrible communication and terrible business practices. I would DEFINTELY NOT Buy here. They are NOT TRUSTWORTHY - I had several text message communications and verbal phone calls with the salesman and customer service agent 30 minutes earlier letting them know I was on my way and they sold it anyways out from under me even though I had an appointment set and they said the car would be there for me. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Don't TRUST THEM, THEY LIE. More
