While I am very pleased with the crowned case I purchased I was not at all happy with the sales team. They showed no respect my time, making me wait 40-45 minutes when we had an appointment. They were pushy I was not at all happy with the sales team. They showed no respect my time, making me wait 40-45 minutes when we had an appointment. They were pushy about financing through them, promising to match or give a better rate than my bank gave and then being over. My car was ready to be picked up but they wanted my time again to try to push me to get the additional warranties beyond just giving me an overview. They would not move at all on pricing for any of it. They had the car I wanted, in the color, with reasonable mileage and the price was at the high end of my budget out I would have walked out without signing the day I picked it up. More

Picked up my 4th Pilot on Tue. Lots of good value in the redesigned Pilots. Worked w/ Kody Bruno & Kurt Montayne which made the experience a pleasant one. Not a stressful one! This is my 3rd lease thru D’Ella Honda in Queensberry. I am incredibly pleased with my experience each time which is why I drive almost 2hrs to get my lease. This time I worked with Kody Bruno as my other I am incredibly pleased with my experience each time which is why I drive almost 2hrs to get my lease. This time I worked with Kody Bruno as my other sales rep retired. Kody was great! He got me into the Honda Passport and covered all the specs with me. He answered all my questions. I have had 2 pilots before but decided the 3rd low wasn’t a necessity for me. I still wanted the cargo space though. Kody was sure to put my mind at ease with the decision to get a Passport. On my pick up day, everything was ready to go. Kody showed me how to set all the features in my car. He really took his time to make sure I understood everything. More
When I'd heard that my main man Larry was quitting the dealership scene and fleeing for the Great Lakes, I found myself thrown deep into the throes of despair. Larry was not just the man who oversaw my pa dealership scene and fleeing for the Great Lakes, I found myself thrown deep into the throes of despair. Larry was not just the man who oversaw my past lease, but my past several, and when a debilitating automobile collision put me on bedrest for a month with two broken ribs and a fractured sternum, it was Larry who called to check in on me (though I admittedly was a bit crabby--sorry, Larry!) Navigating the perils and pitfalls of vehicle acquisition and ownership, without our trusted guy by our side, without his years of wisdom and experience and expertise, seemed unthinkable, unfathomable. And so let us take this moment to introduce D'ella Honda's newest rising star: Ashley. It was Ashley who answered my most basic, incessant and seeming endless strands of questions with the patience and fortitude of a great sage. It was Ashley who stomped across several paved parking lots in stilettos in order to strong-arm the cleaning crew into double time, so that I could be put down for my nap at a reasonable hour. It was Ashley whom, from the moment I’d entered the facility until the time I had left, left me feeling less as if I had been there to conduct a business transaction and more as if I'd spent the morning getting reacquainted with an old friend. Of this experience, I could not possibly ask of anything more. More
