I've yet to meet someone who enjoys that process. I don't. D&M Leasing and the agent who worked with me, Francisco, cut out 100% of the above. I filled out their online form, the email came to me within minutes, and then we hopped on the phone. Instead of throwing cars or options at me, Francisco took a lot of time to understand my goals. He asked relevant questions about my perspective on the car buying process of buying vs. leasing. Then just listened. After 10 minutes, it was clear he knew my goals. Then we dove into the car options; he sent a handful my way that all matched what we chatted about. Forty-eight hours later, I was driving a vehicle better than I imagined, and it was hand-delivered to me. The paperwork was 90% digital and aligned with all the communication we had up to that point. We live in a time where we want simplicity and delivery. That finally includes the car buying process. I'll never need to step inside a dealership again.
