Mike answered all the questions we had, explained all the pros and cons of our situation. Wouldn’t want to do business anywhere else. Only problem we had was the new we leased did have the pre delivery check list was not done, and there were rubber grommets that needed to be installed in the underbody before delivery. Francisco responded to my inquiry and a great relationship soon developed. It became obvious to me that he wasn't a one-trick pony pushing a specific product line. He really knew his stuff and his years of automotive knowledge came out quickly. I ended up with a vehicle which totally met my needs and we were able to drive away in less than 3 days (would have been quicker but due to scheduling conflicts on my part, it took an extra day). Francisco is truly an asset to D&M and their clients like me. And I got a vehicle getting 59MPG without having to get a Hybrid!!! More

Brandon was very helpful and efficient in providing us with 6 different vehicles, plus pricing, to choose from. Within 24 hours after we'd filled out all necessary paperwork, Brandon had found the exact car our salesman wanted. He stayed in touch with us and saw us through the installation of several "add-on" options (GPS, fuel card, etc.), then brought the car to our chosen location for our new salesman to drive it away. Brandon is a very personable guy, with a strong work ethic and excellent attention to all detail. We will be calling him again when we need another car for our next new salesman. More

Expirence following a total loss I have been leasing with D and M leasing for 4 years now. We had a rocky start but it was quickly fixed by their administrative staff. Clay has been my leasing manager since August and has been fantastic ever since. I recently had a total loss on one of their lease vehicles. I was treated fantastic. They got me a rental car quickly and as soon as my insurance confirmed the total loss I had a new car delivered to me the next day at my job over and hour from the company. I can not express how thankful I am to Clay Munoz and all his help. Will definitely be staying on with this company. More
