I was in need of a new vehicle and my past purchasing experiences with dealerships were not pleasant. With my last experience, the salesman said the finance department would be with me in about 30 minutes. They had my husband, myself and our two year old daughter waiting for over three hours. We did not leave until almost midnight. It was a horrible experience. So, my husband and I have been dreading looking for a new vehicle and driving from dealership to dealership with our now, four year old daughter trying to test drive vehicles. I have never leased a vehicle before, but I am a listener of the Russ Martin Show and he is always talking about what a great deal you can get at D&M. Russ says it is a very simple process and there is not a lot of back and fourth. And for Russ to say something is simple means a lot. So, I thought I would give it a try. Russ was right! It was the best experience. I will never go through a dealership again. AJ found the perfect car for my family. He listened to my families needs and came through with a great deal. My family would not be able to afford the car I now driving had I gone through a dealership. I was very hesitant in the beginning and AJ was very patient and did a great job walking me through the process. My husband and I are still in disbelief that it was this easy. Condae Thomas came to my rescue and got me a rental car and paid for it until i could get my vehicle into a dealer and get the diagnostics run and repaired. Condae held my hand through the whole situation and I am very grateful! Turns out the engine needed to be repaired and Thankfully it was covered under the powertrain warranty. Condae has recently taken over my account due to my previous contact leaving the company and I am very pleased with him! I appreciate Condae!! More
