Lease vehicle needed repair I am 1.5 years into a 3 year lease. My lease vehicle started "tapping/knocking". I have never been through this before, with a lease. Condae Thomas came to my rescue and got me a rental car and paid for it until i could get my vehicle into a dealer and get the diagnostics run and repaired. Condae held my hand through the whole situation and I am very grateful! Turns out the engine needed to be repaired and Thankfully it was covered under the powertrain warranty. Condae has recently taken over my account due to my previous contact leaving the company and I am very pleased with him! I appreciate Condae!! More
