We hesitated and researched for months as to what was the best decision for our family. Bottom line, we finally were introduced to Dean at DM Leasing through another friend who had a great experience with him. Dean was nothing short of perfect throughout our entire search and research and hesitation. He was thoughtful and patient and always flexible trying to get us the right vehicle for our family. Believe it or not, even after we thought we found the right vehicle we realized that we wished we had upgraded to the next trim level. This is where Dean went way above and beyond negotiating with Honda on our behalf to get us the upgraded trim level the very next day. Cannot say enough about this patient and understanding family man. He was a great partner through this entire process and I can't imagine going to a traditional dealership anytime soon. He refused to let me settle on a vehicle. He worked all day, everyday to help me find my dream car. No matter how many times or what time I called, he was there to answer all my questions. I can not express enough how lucky I was to have Dean help me. This is without a doubt the guy you want and need to help you find your next vehicle. You don't get to hear very often that the car buying process was a great experience but because of Deans knowledge, patience, and love of his job, this car experience was an amazing experience.
