1st time purchase in 15 years I have never been a big "Car Guy" where I need a new car every 2 years. I am a loan officer in the Home Mortgage world so terms, rates, and options are nothing new to me. My wife and I knew what we wanted (of course the diamond in the rough) and Andrew spent countless hours on the phone and email explaining all options available. He finally came across the exact make and model my wife wanted and made the purchase somewhat seamless. We toyed with many options vs the purchase and lease category and actually saw the benefits in both which were explained perfectly to the average person not used to working in payment options. For anyone looking for a hassle free, easy going, well managed process then Andrew is your guy. He was always available day, weekend, or night to answer even the smallest questions. Leasing made easy! I needed a reliable new vehicle, and I wanted to lease it through my personal business. This was my first time leasing a vehicle, and I had a lot of I needed a reliable new vehicle, and I wanted to lease it through my personal business. This was my first time leasing a vehicle, and I had a lot of questions. I worked with Ethan Anderson, and he was extremely helpful. Ethan was very thorough and professional when answering all of my question and explaining the leasing process. I gave him a few ideas about the type of vehicle I wanted, and within the day he sent me a list of options. Ethan explained the pros and cons of the different vehicles I was interested in. I ultimately decided on a Toyota 4Runner at Ethan's recommendation that the vehicle holds its value longer, and is therefore a great option for a lease. From there, I completed all of my paperwork via email, and Ethan personally delivered the vehicle to my house less than 48 hours after I had first talked to him. I cannot recommend the service that Ethan and D&M provided. I am really enjoying my new vehicle, and the process was stress-free! More
