D&M Leasing- New Truck Sale & Lease Experience I wanted to compliment D&M and particularly Joe Chandler on how they handled my the whole process from start to finish. I recently was looking to upgr I wanted to compliment D&M and particularly Joe Chandler on how they handled my the whole process from start to finish. I recently was looking to upgrade from my 2011 GMC Yukon to a new truck. I knew little about the current truck makes/models, and I was not even sure what route to go-- i.e., trade in v. sell, sell to dealer v. private party, buy new v. used, pay all cash v. finance or lease, etc. Furthermore, my business and work schedule was and is so busy right now that I simply did not have the time to do the research for myself, or much less the time to spend to car shopping and see trucks in person. I contacted Joe (he assisted my fiancé last year with a new car lease) and he could not have provided better customer service. He spent the time to ask multiple questions to find out my needs both currently and years in the future, and then promptly recommended a number of creative scenarios based on his experience. Ultimately, with his guidance and experience, we determined selling my Yukon to D&M and leasing a new 2015 GMC Sierra Z71 Texas Edition was the best scenario for me financially. Joe did all the research, located a truck locally with the exact features I desired, and to top it off, he delivered the truck personally to me at my office. He brought all the paperwork, let me test drive it to make sure I was happy with the truck, and then drove my Yukon back after we closed the deal. Quick and simple. I couldn't be happier with the new truck or the prompt and friendly service. The whole process took less than 2 days. When I decided to pull the trigger on the car on a Monday late morning, Joe was at my office dropping off the car just a few hours later. I rarely provide feedback such as this, but felt that the experience warranted praise. I will very likely never buy or lease a vehicle any other way. More
