She answered all my questions good and bad with no hesitation. What I like about D&M is the processis and approval are done over the phone- there is no waiting all day at a dealership. After you decide you want the car, you go look at it and the paperwork takes less than 30 mins. Tish was very helpful and I would definitely recommend her for future leases. More
