The overall car buying experience was great, and Tray did everything needed to make a smooth transaction. He's even stayed in contact checking in on how things are going with me and my vehicle. I put OK for customer service because I referred someone to D&M and when I inquired about the referral bonus I got the run around and never received the referral bonus.
