I was very impressed with the level of Customer Service that Mike and D & M Leasing provided. Car buying or leasing these days can be a long, drawn-out, unffirendly Customer experience. But Mike dispelled that Mike and D & M Leasing provided. Car buying or leasing these days can be a long, drawn-out, unffirendly Customer experience. But Mike dispelled that myth upon our first interaction. His Service levels were outstanding and blew my expectations out of the water. Two things that impresssed me with Mike that I have not experienced (with buying a car recently) was his up front hoensty and the sense that he gave me that he truly wanted to help! I continue to contact Mike when I am looking for a car because he does all the hard work for me and he helps me get in a situation that I can live with financially month to month. There is no haggling or gray areas with the transaction so I feel comfortable coming back the next time. More
