This was hands down the easiest car transaction I have ever had. I spoke with them on the phone. They asked about my situation and what I had planned. They did explain the benefits I would get by paying a little more, so at the lease end I would have many more options that would not restrict me to the usual dealer "rules". Tish was great; She met me at my home, talked through all of the paperwork, went with me to drop off my rental and pick up my old vehicle. I felt she went above and beyond in her position to make the transaction as low stress for me as possible. THANKS TISH!!! More
