Amazing Experience I was driving a vehicle I did not like and I was upside down on what was owed. I thought there was no hope in getting into a new vehicle let alone a I was driving a vehicle I did not like and I was upside down on what was owed. I thought there was no hope in getting into a new vehicle let alone a new truck.. My husband reached out to D&M and we worked with Kim then Keitha. I was concerned about leasing because I live so far north and have a long drive to work. They were able to find us a truck we would like at a price we could afford even being upside down in our current vehicle. They were even able to work out mileage to fit my needs. Everything was quick and easy. I showed up, signed the papers and was out in my new truck in less than an hour. What a great experience and Kim and Keitha were amazing to work with. More

Purchased Lease Return -- Happy! My husband and I were looking into what would be a better option for us leasing or purchasing. We had heard about D & M on The Ticket for many years a My husband and I were looking into what would be a better option for us leasing or purchasing. We had heard about D & M on The Ticket for many years and thought we would reach out and see what would be the better. We spoke with Mildred and gave her our parameters and told her we were open to leasing or purchasing which ever ended up being a better option for us since we tend to keep our cars for 10 years or more. She came back 2 days later with leasing options only. We were a little frustrated and I think she could tell. She explained that she was new to D & M and to bare with her. She went and got Jeremy Moore on the phone and he pulled up 2-3 options for us immediately for purchase since we keep our cars for so long. We ended up coming in the next day and purchasing our Ford Explorer Sport. Overall it was a good experience in the end because we ended up getting more than we thought we would get. They both answered every question we had the day we signed. They even took the time to get all of the paper work ready for us before we got there because we had our two small children with us. The whole process took less than an hour... who can say that about a standard car dealership? We drove away very happy. We will definitely be using them again in the future. More

Stacy answered so my questions for me, making me feel really comfortable and EXCITED about my decision to lease a brand new Jeep! She also made the entire process really easy for me, from helping me narrow down my car search, based on my lifestyle, to getting me into a car payment I was comfortable with. She's really a pro!
