I love that Brad calls me periodically and lets me know when I am about to run my car's milage up so high I have no trade value. This year Brad and Randy worked together to get the car that fits ME and my career. I love my new Mercedes. I couldn't have picked one by myself that fits me any better. They really know their industry and their clients. Their service is personal. Phenomenal Customer Service and Capabilities Haley in an unbelievable agent. She has consistently gone above and beyond. We were diligent together, and she never got tired of running the numbers on every car we found that might work. She communicated well, and she kept me updated every time my situation changed and I was in a better position for a new lease.
