By the end of the day he had lined up four or five different options for me to consider based on what we discussed. The next day he drove from Grand Prairie to Plano to let my wife test drive the vehicle. 24 hours later we were picking up a brand new Toyota 4Runner. The whole process was simple. Chris was friendly and very easy to deal with. He found us the car we wanted well in our budget. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Give him a call. You wont be disappointed by his customer service. Four days after initial contact with D&M and the other guys and The "other guys" finally returned my e-mail.
