Muz, This is very disappointing. D&M takes pride in the fact that we conduct our business based on ethics, honesty and customer satisfaction. Let me respond to your "facts" in more detail: You requested videos of the vehicle, and we were happy to do that for you. We took multiple videos to show the condition, which was indeed excellent. There were absolutely no leaks of any kind! Now, you make is seem like we were dishonest with our description, but you saw the vehicle in person before finalizing the deal. After we picked you and your wife up from Union Station, we brought you to our dealership where you personally inspected the car. You agreed that the car was in excellent condition, and you confirmed that there were no leaks or issues, just as we described. You took it for a test drive and everything was great; you expressed how much fun and powerful the car drove. The deal was finalized and you and your wife were happy, so you headed home on your 9 hour drive. You contacted us a few days later about a leak, which we were shocked to hear about. Immediately, we looked into this issue. We contacted the dealership who had serviced the car since new, and they sent us the complete service history. I forwarded these documents to you, so your service shop would be aware of the history while diagnosing the leak. It was concluded that the EGR valve was defected, which is a known manufacturer problem that led to over 24,000 vehicles being recalled by BMW. We recommended that you bring the car to BMW and have them fix the issue under the recall. We also said, if BMW will not fix the problem, then we as a dealer would get involved since this is the responsibility of the manufacturer. That was the last time we heard from you. To summarize: customer purchased car over the internet, flew in to inspect it, loved the car and drove 530 miles home. Customer contacted us two days later and notified us of an oil leak. We offered to refund his money 100% if he was not satisfied. The customer declined because he had already paid taxes. D&M offered to get involved by contacting the Canadian border about a tax refund. This was not an option for the customer. D&M offered to order the BMW parts at a discounted price in good faith. After finding out that this is a recall issue, D&M informed the customer and had him contact BMW directly. We had not heard back from the customer, and assumed BMW fixed the recall issue. http://www.autoblog.com/2012/05/07/bmw-recalling-24-000-vehicles-over-emissions-problem/

Hey Khizar! I've been so anxious to hear your opinion about the T-Rex since you had never driven one before. I hope you're having a blast with that powerful beast! I'm sure you've been showing it off all around Milwaukee this summer :) We appreciate your feedback, and we're glad that you had a pleasant experience with us! Have Fun! -Angie
