Mr. Barnett, we at D-Patrick price all of our vehicles competitively low. We base all of our pricing off the current market, much like consumers who are trading their vehicles in. Consumers expect to receive the current market value for their vehicles and can expect to purchase new or newer vehicles at the current market rate. Neither of us, consumers or dealerships, set the market, however, we do follow it. I think if you research the particular vehicle, you inquired about, not only will you find that it is priced competitively low, but you will find it to be priced at or below the current market value. If you owned said vehicle you would expect to be given the current market value for it, as do we. Much like the price of all goods in the market; groceries, homes, watches, etc. the market sets the value. Thank you for shopping with us and we hope to earn your business in the future.

I don't disagree with your response about the market pricing and believe it not, I know how markets work. All I'm saying is you need to accurately post your asking price on your own website and 3rd party auto search engines instead of making folks inquire to find the price is significantly different.

Mr. Rolley - we are sorry that you were not happy with your experience. As mentioned while you were at the dealership, we have never had a customer state that they were told their first oil change was free. Therefore, we determined that this is highly unlikely, and could not honor your request. Additionally, we do have a form that states what the dealership owes you after your purchase called a "We-Owe". The "we-owe" does not state that we owed you a free oil change, and you signed off on it. Thank you for your business, but we did nothing wrong.

I signed off on said we owe before we walked back the service dept that was when I could get oil change. Of course the salesman has all ready quit your sorry dealership so I have no back up.
