This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, I was given the runaround. Every time I spoke with the advisor, I was told a different price. After multiple attempts to get answers and bringing no results, I reached out to the service director Cole Ransome, and he never returned my call. I was promised my vehicle would be done by October 1st, but no one contacted me to say they were behind until the next day. On top of that, they offered to deliver my vehicle and said they would call my wife when it arrived since I work nights and would be asleep. That call never came. Instead, they just left the keys sitting in the cup holder and walked away leaving my vehicle completely unsecured and at risk of being stolen. The lack of honesty, accountability, and basic professionalism here is unbelievable. I would never recommend this service center to anyone. More
Picked the truck I wanted. They told me they would have it in a couples of days. After 7 days with no communication from the dealer I called them. I ended up buying a new truck they had on the lot. 2 days after getting it the “check engine” light came on. I took it in and they told me they needed a part and it would be in the next day. 4 days later (today), after no communication from DPat I called them and the said the part was in but they couldn’t fit me in the schedule for a week. Today a received an application for certificate of title for a different vehicle/person. D-Patrick ford is really on top of their game. LOL More

My mother, who just retired and is on a fixed budget, went to them to buy an SUV. She paid $10,500 for it I sat and listened to her ask the salesman Eric and his boss Dylan if there were any major mechanical issues with the car and they said NO. She just got it home and it automatically started having issues right away. Turns out the motor is completely shot and needs replaced. When she called them to ask if they knew about this, they said they did, and that's what "SOLD AS IS MEANS." They lied to our faces. I'm so heartbroken for her as she spent all of her savings to get this vehicle. More
Buying the car was a positive experience and the salesman, Kevin Woolsey, was helpful and accommodating to our requests. Once the sales manager paired us with a different salesperson, we had a great experience. The first man that came out to greet us was unbelievably rude and unhelpful. I spoke with the manager and he salesperson, we had a great experience. The first man that came out to greet us was unbelievably rude and unhelpful. I spoke with the manager and he apologized for that man's behavior and passed us to another salesperson, Evelyn, and she was fantastic. More
