A 2011 MKX and 2014 MKZ (Thanks, Henry!). We've had the 2011 MKX in for brake grinding problems, a bad brake booster, entertainment center problems and lastly spontaneously losing all power in traffic complete with the dashboard lighting up like a christmas tree. Three trips in for the brakes and we gave up. I hear the brakes grind daily when my wife backs out of the driveway to leave for work. The nav system took two (three?) trips to dpatrick before they replaced it. As I'm writing this, dpatrick called and told us they can't figure out how to fix our MKX losing all power despite the issue being widely documented all over the internet. (google it if you don't believe me--"lincoln mkx loses all power". It's not that our MKX has issues--that's beyond D-Patrick's control. The problem is they either can't fix a problem or it takes them multiple attempts, then they argue about the issue existing in the first place. They're stuck in that brand-damaging pattern of "If we can't fix it, it's not broke." I couldn't be happier with the sales experience but the service experience is consistently heartbreaking to the point where I don't know if I can trust them anymore. More

Amazing and hardworking staff Paul Mullen was an excellent salesman to work with. Also, I know Paul put in the most effort possible for us to give us the best options. My fiance and I enjoyed working with him and his coworkers immensely and would definitely recommend the entire dealership to our friends and family. All associates were amazing to deal with but I don't remember the name of the gentleman who dealt with the paperwork or the lady who wrote out or receipt. More

He didn't try to push service or parts on me that I didn't need. It was an overall good experience,and I will definitely have D-Pat Ford continue to maintain my vehicle. More
