On February 8th, 2024, the battery on our 2018 Honda Pilot died. At least the car was in our garage. It was the original battery that was in the car when we bought it new at the end of July 2018. When I lifted the hood, I could just see a small portion of the battery. I can see the shocked look on your face! I called your service department and immediately Conner answered. I presented my quandary. He said, “ no problem, I can talk you through removing the stuff covering up the battery”. It is at this point I giggled because he doesn’t know me and cars! He told to do this and that. He knew what the was talking about, then told me to look some other place. He giggled, I laughed. At this point, I think he knew he had a fool at the other end of the line. What a great employee you have, patient AND smart. Finally, he gave me his cell number and had me FaceTime him. We both realized that we would be approaching the supper hour soon, if not doing something different. I’m almost done. That was the “magic bullet”. He could now see under the hood as I could. Through Conner’s EXCELLENT guidance, patience and knowledge, I could finally see that $;&$ illusive battery. Your service department is the best we have ever encountered, and Conner is a big reason why!! We are even to pay our bill! Well, that’s a lie. Your folks are busy all the time answering phones, setting up appointments and sometimes going the extra mile FaceTiming “car idiots”. Connor saved me having to call Roadside or AAA. I am enjoying the Honda Ridgeline I recently purchased at DPatrick. The salesman, Merrill, was easy to work with without pressuring me to buy. There were a couple of glitches. Mark went out of his way to help me and my husband from picking us up so we didn't have to pay for a Uber, to taking us to the bank to get the money for our new vehicle. He was very understanding with the budget we had and did not make us feel ashamed. We feel very blessed to have met him and would highly recommend. This dealer is kind enough to charge a "market adjustment" on ALL new vehicles. On one specific model it was to the tune of 5000 dollars. Do not support this. Reach out to Honda and let them kno adjustment" on ALL new vehicles. On one specific model it was to the tune of 5000 dollars. Do not support this. Reach out to Honda and let them know. November 22nd I had my twin boys we have 2 other children as well so since we have a jeep and am altima it was crucial that we get another vehicle that we can fit everyone in. Upon out vehicle search we foun as well so since we have a jeep and am altima it was crucial that we get another vehicle that we can fit everyone in. Upon out vehicle search we found a Traverse we were interested in so went to d pat to check it out. We had trouble finding it on the lot so my husband called and was told it was at the other location off 41 so we drove over there and the associate that we spoke to stated the vehicle went to auction but wanted to show us an expedition and kept insisting we look at a vehicle that we had zero interest in adding in that they will give us a tv with purchase of vehicle. While this was happening I was able to find another Traverse at the location we were just at so we went back to the d pat Honda location this was where my husband spoke to Merrill. He brought over the Traverse we were interested I'm but stated someone has already put a deposit on this. This is now twice that am associate seems to have no idea what they are doing. Of it's sold or not available why even bother? After all this we are shown an buick enclave. Now my husband is a veteran that owns American vehicle repair so was already upset going to Carlos in first place but it was quicker method then how he normally purchases vehicles as he didn't have the time to search around as much. But the car was more than a couple 1000 over asking price which they refused to budge on at all. My husband kept saying the only reason they do this is because something is broken and they are trying to make money back he said he sees it all the time repairing customers vehicles after they brought from lots. Vehicle was being sold as is which made him think this more but he kept being assured nothing was wrong with the vehicle. We then kept getting hounded by them to finance through them when we already had check in hand that we had taken care of with our own bank. A couple weeks after purchasing the car it has been going in limp mode and then completely dying. Now it will not even start. If you're looking for an honest company steer clear of d pat at all costs. More

I have problem problem. When I got there, They did not have the auto I went to see. They offered another car that 6000 dollars more. I am planning a long trip and feel I n When I got there, They did not have the auto I went to see. They offered another car that 6000 dollars more. I am planning a long trip and feel I needed to trade so I did. The car is okay and the salesman was all right. They gave me position of the car, a week later I went to the bank to make a payment, The loan was not there. I called the dealer to see why the loan was not there yet, They informed me later by email that it would take 3 to 4 weeks to get the loan to the bank. For this reason I will not return to this dealer to trade again. I feel if the loan is not ready they should have give me position of the car to drive. They even told me not to worry about the insurance, I will not drive a vehicle with out insurance so I did get that put on the new car. This is not the salesman problem and I do blame him. More
