Very Unsatisfied I recently purchased my first car at D-Patrick Ford in Boonville IN. on May 4th of 2015. I came to D. Patrick in search of a safe, affordable vehicle I recently purchased my first car at D-Patrick Ford in Boonville IN. on May 4th of 2015. I came to D. Patrick in search of a safe, affordable vehicle for my new family and I; the Vehicle seemed to be the perfect vehicle for us! We took my car to an automotive shop as it began to develop an extremely loud abnormal sound less than 2 weeks after purchasing. After the mechanic reviewed the vehicle he found that the transmission was shot. The mechanic recommended my newborn son and I not even drive the car to the dealership for the fear of it locking up because the damage to the transmission was so severe. After hearing the mechanic say that it made me sick to my stomach. I couldn't believe such a well reputable dealership would let me and my 2 week old son drive such an unsafe vehicle off of their lot! We returned to D. Patrick immediately after receiving the news on May 18th, 2015, exactly 14 days after purchasing the vehicle. After sitting in the lobby for nearly 6 hours they gave me two options both of which put us at a major loss on this vehicle. I understand we were unable to put a warranty on the vehicle due to the year and amount of miles that are on the sedan, but I can't believe that after I had not even put 200 miles on the vehicle and had it for only 2 short weeks there wasn't more that they would be willing to do. After talking with other friends I can came across many people that have had or have known people who have had the same unfair business with D-Patrick! After deciding the most affordable route would be putting a new transmission in the vehicle the promised 2 week repair took 9 weeks. With that being said I would not return to D-Patrick with any service needs or to purchase another vehicle! More
They lied to are face , more than once. Since we where not a big spending customer , they just didn't care if they upset us or not. We drove to Louisville the next day to buy are Mercedes. Couldn't even make a key Went in with one good key bought 2 additional keys, paid to have 2 keys programmed and left with 2 working keys. BREACH OF CONTRACT Refused to repair 4WD system, is on contract. VERY RUDE SALES MANAGEMENT STAFF. Bought 05 Jeep Grand Cherokee, would not go into 4 LOW. They agree Refused to repair 4WD system, is on contract. VERY RUDE SALES MANAGEMENT STAFF. Bought 05 Jeep Grand Cherokee, would not go into 4 LOW. They agreed to repair that problem. I live 45 miles away so I said I would take it to the Jeep dealer in my town. THEY TOOK IT TO EXPRESSWAY DODGE AGAINST MY EXPLICIT INSTRUCTIONS. Two repair trips BACK AND FORTH to take the jeep to get it repaired, the issue still remains. Their words and I QUOTE! "We paid to repair the solenoid, that was close to $800, Just because you cannot engage the 4LOW doesn't mean it doesn't work, we did not agree to repair electrical issues. Man up and pay for the repair yourself." This was a sales manager. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. More
Eric Hoppenjans was great to work with. The salesman that filled in for him for a while was a bit insulting and using pressure sales tatics. I have rated my service experience with this rating due to several factors, first when I walked into the dealership I was not greeted by anyone, I had to go up and physically ask for where I may find the s to several factors, first when I walked into the dealership I was not greeted by anyone, I had to go up and physically ask for where I may find the service drop off area. Second it was not fully described to me in detail what all was going to be done for my $124 diagnostic inspection, and i feel as if they just hooked it up to an OBD2 sensor and printed out a sheet stating what codes they received. On Top of that I was charged an additional $18.60 for supplies and environmental services, however there was no repairs or work done to my car so there shouldn't have been any supplies used. Also I purposefully brought my car in while it had an puncture in the driver side rear tire which was causing a slow leak just to see what the service center would do or recommend. To my surprise they did not even notice that the tire was punctured and just stated the sensor was saying it was a little low and didn't even offer to inflate it back to optimal pressure. I also stated I would have liked to had my brake sensors installed sense they where going to have it in the air anyway and when I got the car back they where still laying in the front seat, and I was told they would have to have charged me another hours labor just to pop those on! Overall I appreciate the service and feel like that technicians are well capable and are adequately performing their job, however I feel being charged an hours labor rate and supply fees just to hook up an OBD2 scanner is a bit absurd and for future cases I will just handle such service related items myself or elsewhere as I do not feel the value of the service I received was there. More

Brian Allen got us in when our car had an unexpected service issue very quickly. We needed the car to go to Florida for vacation and the quick turn around allowed us to do just that.
