SERVICE VISIT

Terrible Experience! !! D-Patrick has had my vehicle in for service multiple times to TRY to diagnosis the same issue. They were unable to diagnose the problem and sugges !! D-Patrick has had my vehicle in for service multiple times to TRY to diagnosis the same issue. They were unable to diagnose the problem and suggested replacing expensive parts one by one until they found the issue. No guarantee whatsoever that replacing the entire system would cure the issue. Now that a class action lawsuit is involved they are unable to find replacement parts nor are they willing to call around to find the new replacements. Very Friendly but HIGHLY uncooperative. Disappointed with them yet again! More

SALES VISIT - USED

If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a vehicle for my pregnant fiancé a month ago from them. I wanted to get her something reliable for her to drive my current daughter and f I purchased a vehicle for my pregnant fiancé a month ago from them. I wanted to get her something reliable for her to drive my current daughter and future daughter in. After three days the vehicle would not start. We had it towed back to the lot and had the starter replaced. After the starter was replaced they called us and said the vehicle needed a new engine. The options they gave us were to trade it back into them for an $8,000 loss or pay them $8,000 for a new engine. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from them that had to be towed back to them and traded in for a huge loss. Buyers beware!!!! More
