My experience with Javan started a year ago. I came in and saw Javan, He was kind and very considerate. He went way beyond his call of duty. He helped me very much that day a year ago. Now I’ve been looking for a specific vehicle and I seen that they have what I want and I also see the price is dropping so I decided to inquire about a vehicle. They gave me a buyers order which included a that they have what I want and I also see the price is dropping so I decided to inquire about a vehicle. They gave me a buyers order which included an unnecessary markup darcars fee of $1273.40 because I was using cash .. WHAT!!! which I thought was ridiculous so I tried to make a fair offer and they just completely ghosted me . Mind you I’m ready to purchase and I’m willing to fly in out of state . So they will advertise one price but when you inquire you get markups and it’s sad because I dealt with this company many years back and they were extremely fair but I guess taking advantage of their customers is what they consider fair..
