I bought a 2022 Jeep WRANGLER ordered from the factory back in Jan. One of the managers sat down with me and ordered everything. Including Sirius XM Radio which added $1200 to the total price. My Jeep arr back in Jan. One of the managers sat down with me and ordered everything. Including Sirius XM Radio which added $1200 to the total price. My Jeep arrived in Apr 2022. I noticed in May that there is no Sirius XM Radio on this vehicle. The dealership says the factory screwed up and did not install it. Upon further research, including the build sheet which i downloaded online, there is no Sirius XM Radio listed. I paid for Sirius XM Radio on this jeep and they need to make this right. More
My salesman, Lambert, did an excellent job of communicating with me. We agreed on a price, I was sent the necessary paperwork and concluded the sale. Finally, I called DARCARS New Carrollton and spoke with Tim Ralston, the General Manager. It was a done deal. He was straightforward, honest, and easy to talk to. I got top dollar for my Hyundai trade-in and a great price on the purchase -- an all around fabulous experience leasing my new Jeep Grand Cherokee L. I couldn't be happier. James, the sales consultant, was helpful and accommodating, as were Olu and Cedric. Feels great to get a good deal and have a positive experience! More
This is the worst dealership I've dealt with in my life. All they won't is your money. Avoid this place by all means necessary. Emmanuel the guy who sold me my truck is one complete idiot. He has lied to me a number of times about the vehicle I brought. The rotors are bad and they don't want to fix them and I'm under a warranty. Avoid this dealership! More

(the only exception is Ken- the finance guy- he was Great) There was ZERO desire to provide any type of customer service, even when I made it as easy as humanly possible. I gave crystal clear communication and specific questions.. which were met with repetitive disregard and false information. They, (sales rep) specifically, lied repeatedly about several things, which I later discovered and they could not have cared less. Even contacted the General Manger, Tim, directly.. and, despite an abundance of clear examples of wrong doing, he made no attempt to correct or reconcile, beyond a simple apology. He said he would follow up, never did. Give your business elsewhere. Updated February 2022 Despite the "Response on here from Customer Relations" I have attempted to contact them multiple times now.. Zero Response. More
