Today, I was honored to meet a Sales Rep "Rhonda Hughes" who provided me with not only "great" customer service but attention to detail, completely knowledgeable, and was able to provide keen information no matter what questions I asked. DONT GO! I was idiotic enough to think they would rectify the problem that they created after returning my car last summer, (after having it over a MONTH!) bu I was idiotic enough to think they would rectify the problem that they created after returning my car last summer, (after having it over a MONTH!) but never mind doing that, they can't even take the time to diagnose the problem after having my car for two weeks, and promising to have it diagnosed for close to ONE week. How long does it take someone to pop the hood and tell me what's wrong?? Unanswerable question, apparently. I'll be glad to let you know if I ever find out... Tim was supposed to be my agent in this case, and I can't even get the guy on the phone. If it weren't for Hawa helping me to stay abreast with what was going on I would be completely in the dark. I've already sent two email to Steve the manager, but forget hearing back from him. Basically, you don't matter, and if you want to, go somewhere else. More
