No Customer Contact Dropped my F250 truck off on Thursday to get oil change and tires rotated and have the brakes checked. They called to say my calipers and brake lines were bad and they needed to order the parts. Said they should be in Friday or Saturday. It's not Monday and they have no idea when they will get the parts. They blame it on the holidays. I blame it on "we don't really care and we don't know how to manage a customer's expectations". This used to be a very good service center, but after 10 years with them, I'm looking for a new service center. More

When I called DARCARS, the main receptionist was efficient and courteous.
