I had my car serviced at this location twice (during the last two recalls - transmission and fuel tank), and both time i was lucky to have Dan help me. Each time he did the extra mile, securing the parts as fast as possible, and keeping me updated on repair status. Even after the car is returned to me, Dan makes sure to follow up and check if the car is running smoothly. And the car does run like a dream now! More

I was trying to explain the issues I’ve been having with my car since days after I purchased it. He kept repeating himself and did not want to offer any help whatsoever. He eventually walked away from me without anything being solved and me leaving extremely unhappy. I will be contacting my attorney and then the dealership AGAIN. Unacceptable service today. If you don’t want to deal with customers then you probably shouldn’t be a general manager. You will be hearing from me again. More

Poor I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone I went to buy my wife a vehicle on 12/6/2018 for her birthday as a surprise. I bought a 2015 Kia Soul and paid 13,900 with cashier check in which I w I went to buy my wife a vehicle on 12/6/2018 for her birthday as a surprise. I bought a 2015 Kia Soul and paid 13,900 with cashier check in which I was escorted by Used Car Manger to make payment. I ‘ve never paid before a purchase order had been written before at a dealership now that I think about it. I then was taken to get the purchase order completed and found out that I was do a refund because it would only be 13,865.32. I was then told it would be two weeks before I would get my $34.68 back because the check would have to clear. I have been calling and also went back to the dealership on 1/21/2019 about my money and my tags which I still haven’t received yet. My next step will be to seek legal counsel about these issues. More
