4th Honda CRV I purchased my 4th CRV in March, three of those vehicles were purchased at Honda of Bowie. I had the pleasure of working with Elliot and Lionel and e I purchased my 4th CRV in March, three of those vehicles were purchased at Honda of Bowie. I had the pleasure of working with Elliot and Lionel and even though I had to wait quite some time to actually find the car I wanted, they kept me informed and calmed through the process. It is mid-April and I already have over 4,000 miles on this car. Also, the finance process was a breeze and the best that I have ever experienced with a car purchase. Love my CRV !!!! More

There was no pressure of any means or haggling that you get from most sales people at other dealerships. Her number one priority was us and nothing else. I won't go too much into the details of my personal situation but to make a long story short she got us into a brand new car for the same price we were paying each mo. for our old one! She even followed up to make sure everything was going good with the new vehicle we purchased and asked if there was anything else we needed. She even got the good heavy duty mats that we forgot to take out of the old vehicle that we traded in and saved them for us to come pick up! I would give her more stars if I could. I have purchased many vehicles in my life and never experienced such wonderful service! This is the dealership to go to if you need a car and Suzanne is the woman you want/need to buy your car from! My Honda Experience My wife and children walked in to Honda of Bowie with so so expectations. We looked through the lot first looking for a vehicle. We didn't see what we wanted but went inside the dealership. I was met by a gentleman almost immediately who said he would get us some help. We continued to walk around and we came upon this Odyssey that looked impressive. We circled it, got in it, and viewed it. We like it. We waited for the gentleman to come back. So we continued to wait. We were very much interested in the vehicle but he never came back. Jordan walked by headed to take care of something and asked were we being helped. I said no. He immediately proceeded to help me. He started to explain all of the new functions of the Odyssey and the new upgrades from our 2011 model. We were impressed with his time and dedication to us. We were the last ones at the dealer and he was determined to not make the sale but give us what we were looking for. His manager worked with him to get the price that we wanted for the vehicle. They both worked extremely hard and diligent to get the price to what we wanted. It wasn't the usual letme talk to my manager drama and then they come over and do the song and dance to get the price down. It was a really smooth process. We actually bought the vehicle on the show room floor. It was the color that we wanted. Which was the exact same color of our last vehicle. I was impressed and happy. We left out late but it was worth it. Jordan and his manager did an excellent job. He even called me a couple times after the van was purchased to make sure we were good. I should also mention that finance was great as well. Her name Rajnie (Probably mispelled) did an excellent job with helping out. This was the GREATEST experience I have had purchasing a vehicle period. This is my second purchase from Honda of Bowie and this one was more sweet. Bowie Honda I was at Honda of Bowie for car repairs. Daniel was always the person to service my car. He is an outstanding, well knowledgeable person. Well then I met Suzanne she is a very personable and extremely patient representative. I replaced my 1996 Civic that proved to be everlasting and ever ready. I truly loved my 1996 Civic, never ever had any problem with it. The only reason I replaced my 1996 was to purchase today's safety features and a safer Civic. Thanks to Suzanne and her knowledge to show me the advance safety features. The staff is great, the waiting area and restrooms are clean. I just feels good to be a part of the Honda of Bowie family. Fabulous Experience every step of the way! Stopped by and Suzanne was the first person to approach us. She was patient with us and showed us both the Honda CRV and the Pilot and I was unsure a Stopped by and Suzanne was the first person to approach us. She was prompt to follow up with emailing me the brochures on the various models. Stopped in a second time to look at the Honda Touring Model and again she emailed me the brochure for that model. I told her I would return on the weekend. We laughed later, because I told her I would not be able to make it on Saturday, but instead dropped in and bought a car that night. She stayed late without complaint and was more than patient and answered all of our questions. Never put pressure on us, was informative and honest through out the whole process. I would be happy to recommend her. While waiting for the credit check we had the opportunity to meet Mr. Jeffrey Berlant who gave us his card and thanked us for purchasing a vehicle. My husband and Jeff hit it off and talked lacrosse which made the time breeze by for my husband as I elected to be on the loan by myself. Our final encounter was with Marc Anthony in Finance. Again, my husband enjoyed talking to Mr. Anthony exchanging stories about the military and police which made the whole process personal. Each employee could not have been nicer and went out of their way to make us feel special and accommodate our needs. A most positive experience!! More

Carol Gonzalez, Mark Anthony, and Jeff (I don't know his last name) all helped me walk out in a great car. I was given a personal cell phone number by each one of the people that helped me. They took into consideration that I am a single mother, and needed a reliable safe car for me and my 2 sons. My car broke down 2 lots down from theirs and Carol came to pick me up and although I was majorly embarrassed, she made me feel at ease. Everyone worked with me, and were extremely patient. I did not feel like just a number, they were both welcoming and personable. I would recommend that anyone looking for a car visit Honda of Bowie. Great cars and excellent staff!!!!! More
