My entire experience with Honda of Bowie was pleasant. Travis was helpful, professional and encouraging. I really went there expecting to make a decision about purchasing a used car. After I had left the shop and was at home, I called back with more questions. He answered every question and all concerns that I had and never once made me feel that I was asking too many things. Travis is an excellent sales person. He knows his products and was able to determine what would be of interest to me. He certainly is a good listener. I felt very comfortable talking with Travis and Davaughn. I never once felt that they were being "pushy", which is what I have too often experienced at dealerships and feeling annoyed, I just walked away. I came to Honda of Bowie to look at a used car because I was ready to get out of the car I was in but, I left with a new car (2013 Honda Accord). He had answers for all my questions and allowed me to make the decisions that were best for me and was never pushy. He realized that as a past Honda purchaser that he only needed to give me the updated information and safety features on the newer vehicles (which I definitely appreciated). He went over all the paperwork in detail. This was the worst dealership I have ever brought a vechicle from. They stated they will give you a 30 day warranty and I had a issue when I left the dealership. I Brougth the vechicle back several tim vechicle from. They stated they will give you a 30 day warranty and I had a issue when I left the dealership. I Brougth the vechicle back several times aleast 6 and they were unable to fix my vechicle. They also tried to offer me another warranty but I had to pay out the packet and at the same time they were unable to fix the vechicle while it was under warranty "MAKE ANY SENSE". The problem is still active this dealership is the worst. After getting your money they really show that you was just a number and not a customer. NEVER AGAIN !!!! More
