This is what car buying should have been long ago. What I look for in any business deal is integrity, ethics, and efficiency. Mr. Yancey and the team at Bowie met all of these criteria. Mr. Yancey prompt look for in any business deal is integrity, ethics, and efficiency. Mr. Yancey and the team at Bowie met all of these criteria. Mr. Yancey promptly returned my request for a quote. I already had a fairly aggressive quote but Mr. Yancey responded via email that he would beat it. And he did. In fact the out the door price at closing was actually less than quoted. Upon our arrival, service was prompt and efficient. Mr. Yancey verified the year, make, model, VIN and agreed upon price. He had the car clean and prepped, ready for our inspection and test drive. Note that we arrived at the dealership a half hour earlier than scheduled. Mr. Yancey was very patient. He never seemed rushed, he answered all of our questions honestly (if he did not know, he said so). He thoroughly went over the features of our vehicle and made sure my wife's phone was paired via bluethooth. The finance manager, Phil, too was as every bit the gentleman as Mr. Yancey. Sales pitches were made but if "no" was the answer, it was accepted. My wife was a bit under the weather, however, everyone was patient and courteous. Total time at the dealership was no more than an hour. Mr. Yancey has followed up our visits with emails and a call, availing himself to be of assistance as needed. With out hesitation, I will recommend Mr. Yancey to friends, family, and colleagues. More

I’m very pleased to meet and work with Travis. He is a first class sales person that I did enjoy working with. I did call him and ask him about a used car that I find on the internet and he immediately kn first class sales person that I did enjoy working with. I did call him and ask him about a used car that I find on the internet and he immediately knew what car I was talking about. I was at his office within an hour and while we were there we had a sever thunder storm so he asked me to go inside the dealership for safety and we did not drive the car till everything was safe. 2 days later I did purchased the car and the Travis conducted himself very professionally and with honesty. The car was clean and ready for driving. I sincerely enjoyed working with him so is my business partner who was with me during the sale and she was very impressed by him. I will do my future business with Travis and his dealership Nasser Kuzbari More
We did the Costco Auto Program and were sent here to work with Travis Jenkins who LIED ABOUT EVERY SINGLE THING. First of all, even though I had called him the day before to say that we would be coming in th with Travis Jenkins who LIED ABOUT EVERY SINGLE THING. First of all, even though I had called him the day before to say that we would be coming in that morning, he kept coming and going and had us waiting around while he was doing some other things, and didn't the paperwork ready either. This was a minor thing as to what is about to follow in my review, but I wanted to mention the lack of customer service from the start. He was finally ready to start, and showed us the Invoice that said how much they paid for the car, and how they could only charge us $200 over that, plus how much they paid for the accessories that came on it. This would have been an easy transaction if it were really that simple and he had not been lying to us. When his final numbers came up $800 HIGHER than the previous dealer that I had been to, I knew something was not right. He kept insisting that was the price that ALL the dealers paid for the car and I wouldn't get it less anywhere else. My husband found the real price that they had paid (off of Edmunds.com) which was almost $1,000 different than what he was saying and called Travis out on it. We should have left right then and there. So of course Travis was magically able to match our previous dealers' price. Then, we asked about a price for our trade-in. He comes back and gives me a price that is $1,000 LESS than the other dealer had quoted me (which I had felt was already low)! When he found out the other dealers' price, he magically matches that price, too. We chose the color that we wanted and he said that he had access to cars all over and could get us any car we wanted. Now, keep in mind, I am 9 months pregnant, and he never offered me water or anything (he got it when I asked for some), and they had me sitting near a window where the sun was blazing through and I was extremely hot and having to fan myself off with a piece of paper. This guy couldn't have cared less. Well, we waited and waited to see if he could find the color combo we wanted. After awhile of sitting there, I called the other dealership to see if they had the color combo I wanted, which they said they did. Travis heard me on the phone with them and he said that he could see their inventory and that they lied to me because they did NOT have it. This is yet ANOTHER LIE THAT TRAVIS TOLD US, because we went to that dealership after this one and they had it sitting there waiting for me in their lot in the exact color combo I wanted. Meanwhile, he pulled our credit so we could talk about financing (on a car that he obviously didn't have and couldn't get). He had us sitting there for several HOURS while he pretended like they were calling all over, including VA, PA, and Delaware! (And yet it was sitting on a lot in Bethesda...) Travis kept coming back saying that they were calling around to find it, but asking me if there was a 2nd color choice I would take and suggesting other combos (obviously from what he did have available). He said that they had ordered one from the manufacturer in my combo and would be there mid-late September if I wanted to do the paperwork today, leave my trade-in and drive a different car temporarily, and then come back for it when it arrived. That does not make any sense, and I wonder what he was going to do when the car never arrived. I suppose it would have made me settle on a different color combo since they had my money, etc. We said that we would think about what to do and go get lunch. Halfway home, we realized that he hadn't given me back my Title and Registration! I know he kept it so that I would HAVE to go back there. When I came back, he said, "Good news. I think I can have it here on Tuesday." You THINK? Either you have it or you don't, and either it is getting delivered or it's not. I told him thank you and kept walking right out the door. The Costco Auto Program was supposed to be straight forward with no need to haggle and getting a better deal than with anyone else. This was exactly the opposite with the worst car buying experiences I've ever had. We wasted almost our whole Saturday by sitting there waiting for a car that he didn't have. Thank goodness I had gone to that other dealership first, or we would have gotten completely screwed by Travis Jenkins. More
