We asked for Ifiok Umoh, because he had sold us our son's 2008 Civic. Ifiok was so accomodating in helping us find the right car for us and in getting us the best deal for our budget. My son loves his new 2012 Civic and had a great experience buying a new car on his own. We purchased the Odyssey van becuase we wanted another van. However, after two days we felt the van was not suitable for us and asked to exchange it for a CR-V. There was no hesitation on our request. Ifiok went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with our new purchase. His only concern was that we were happy and could still remain in our budget. He makes the car-buying experience a rewarding one. Davaughn Paige was also so patient and knowledgeable in helping us with the financing. Our overall experience with Honda of Bowie was wonderful. Once I had selected the car that I was interested in, Allan helped me negotiate a remarkably low price with his supervisor. During my visit, I found that Allan was very competent in technical issues related to the car, and, after I purchased the car, he used the bluetooth in my cell phone to set up the hands free phone in my "new" car, saving me the trouble of "figuring it out." I will be back to Honda of Bowie one of these days for my fourth Accord. I wouldn't shop anywhere else. More
