I have only good things to say about my experience with I have only good things to say about my experience with Honda of Bowie, I made arrangements with one of the salesman the day before to come out and l I have only good things to say about my experience with Honda of Bowie, I made arrangements with one of the salesman the day before to come out and look at a used Jeep Liberty, Upon my arrival I was greeded at the door by I believe another salesman and I told him I was there to see Travis he in turn passed on the information to one of the managers and the manager came right out with someone to help me due to Mr. Jenkins had a personal emergency that morning, But to make a long story short Mr. Jenkins did come in no longer than 15- 20 minutes later after I was set up with another salesman. Mr. Jenkins arrived with a smile on face as the salesman told him whom I was, he appeared to be pleased to see me apologizing for not being here when I arrived. He thanked the other salesman for standing in and he began to talk with me as though we have met before he then shared his emergency with me and then got right down to business, Had I not been told that Travis had and emergency or had he not shared briefly with me what the emergency was I would not have known that he had anything but a good nights sleep and got up ready for his work day. Mr. Jenkins was very professional with me as well as friendly and helped to make my experience of purchasing a car with his company nothing but pleasing inspite of what was going on with himself. This was my second car from Honda of Bowie and each time the service gets better and better. They make the process so easy and carefree.
