This was my second car from Honda of Bowie and each time the service gets better and better. They make the process so easy and carefree. Went to purchase my first car ever! Had researched and test drove Nissan, Toyota, and Honda products. My husband fell in love with the Honda Pilot; I, the Toyota 4Runner. However, the Nissan and Toyota test drove Nissan, Toyota, and Honda products. My husband fell in love with the Honda Pilot; I, the Toyota 4Runner. However, the Nissan and Toyota sales reps. seemed shady and were indifferent to my financial goal. HOB (honda of bowie) sales rep. were very responsive to my goals and my husband was instantly wedded to their no-pressure style- Elliot Bourne. We had several friends that had purchased cars from HOB over the past couple of years, and they highly recommended them. We negotiated a great price; HOB procured our vehicle from another dealer (since our preferred color was not in their inventory) and said that they would eat the costs of the additional accessories that the partner dealership includes on their vehicles. Upon closing, we received a thorough explanation of the features and mechanics of our vehicle. Lastly, we know we got a good deal because I had submitted the final out the door price to 3 other area dealers to match or beat; two said that was a good price and they could not meet or beat it; and the 3rd one did not bother to respond at all!
