According to my leasing contract I was supposed to paid 14,008.65 to purchase my car after 3 years. Actually I ended up paying 17,579.45 $. I understand there are some additional fee, administrative fee and taxes, but I also found out that I actually had to pay the end of lease fee…, which was already included in my 2019 bill. I tried to explain that I already paid it, with no success. They just said: “Yes I know , but i cannot do anything “. Then I got a thank you email from Norman Dorf, the owner of Honda of Tenafly asking to contact him if I had any issue with my purchase. I wrote back explaining my dissatisfaction and asked him to explain. It has been 10 days and I got no answer. No answer neither from Claudia Vazquez. Very disappointing. I originally had a decent lease; they just overcharged me at the end to compensate. More
