Except for the annoying thumping club music being played in the dealership, it was a very pleasant experience. Mr. Hee Chung was our salesman 14 years ago when we bought our 2007 CR-V, and we were very happ in the dealership, it was a very pleasant experience. Mr. Hee Chung was our salesman 14 years ago when we bought our 2007 CR-V, and we were very happy to see that he was still at Honda of Tenafly. He was (again) very helpful and enjoyable to deal with. We left with a new HR-V. Again, the loud, thumping music is VERY annoying, and the combination of music, face masks, and plastic shields separating the employees with us made it very difficult to hear each other. Seriously, you need to get rid of that awful music. It’s very distracting and unbelievably annoying. More

I am writing to absolutely RAVE about the service and care I received from James Ayala throughout the entire month of May of 2021! I honestly feel that, if there is any kind of an award which this Honda care I received from James Ayala throughout the entire month of May of 2021! I honestly feel that, if there is any kind of an award which this Honda Dealership can bestow upon James Ayala, that I firmly believe he SHOULD receive that award! James Ayala definitely deserves it! With me, James Ayala was understanding, courteous, detail-oriented, articulate, kind, competent and conducted himself in the most professional manner! I would highly recommend his services to anyone in my circle of family and close friends. He explained EVERYTHING to me, he was extremely patient with me and he called me the following day to see how everything went on my ride home from The Honda Dealership, located on County Road, in Tenafly, New Jersey. I would not hesitate to contact James Ayala with any question I have and also the next time I am able to purchase a vehicle. Please consider awarding some kind of an award to James Ayala. I have worked in the customer service industry for the last 23 years, so I know that what I am saying is true about him.
