I was contemplating a move from a large QX60 to a smaller sports sedan. Chaz was concerned that a ten-minute test drive was not enough time for me to make a decision, and Edgar allowed me to take the car on an extended test drive for the day. I am so glad they did. It was just not for me, and I am happily back in the QX60. While negotiations are never fun, Chaz and Edgar were professional, courteous and respectful. They go the extra mile for their customers.
