He was incredibly patient with us when we were narrowing down the car selection and showed us each car in person so that we could make our decision based on as much information as possible. He was never pushy and always provided advice as if he were getting a car for himself! After narrowing down the car choice, Kay was super helpful throughout the whole process from the logistics all the way down to what types of insurance we'd likely need. Simone was also fabulous - incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She helped us get through the final stage of the process with ease. Once we were done with the logistics, David Vallejo helped explain in detail the various features of the car and how each component works. He, also, was incredibly patient with us and answered all our questions (we had a ton!) with a smile. If you're looking to get a new car, definitely look for Kay - you're in great hands! More
