Will definitely recommend him to anyone in the market for a Lexus. The General Manager also appeased my concern over a misunderstanding regarding an accessory. Spoke to a young lady in technology and she was also very professional. The only thing that prevented a five star review was the following. When I picked up the vehicle I received temporary plates. This was the first time buying a new vehicle and I did not receive registration and tags on pick up. Previously after agreeing on terms for multiple new vehicles I never waited more than two days to pick up the vehicles allowing for PMI and registering the vehicle. But this dealership did not provide plates and registration for almost two weeks. Thought a luxury car dealership would have done a little better in this area. Other than that, they were very good. Would not have mentioned it if these reviews were not used to improve costumer satisfaction. If nothing is said there would be no improvement in this area. Hopefully when I purchase my next Lexus here this will not happen. More

Great customer service experience from all at this service center. Joel was very professional and courteous in assisting with my RX 350 maintenance service. He updated me o experience from all at this service center. Joel was very professional and courteous in assisting with my RX 350 maintenance service. He updated me on progress and fixes my SUV needed and got me a loaner while my SUV was being serviced promptly. I would recommend this Lexus center to all Lexus owners!! More

Chafix Zannad is the man ! I was in the market for a new car , since my lease was going to be up . I came in 6 months earlier to see what options I had . Chafix was honest and e I was in the market for a new car , since my lease was going to be up . I came in 6 months earlier to see what options I had . Chafix was honest and explained to me that is should wait until there was six months left . So I left the dealer happy with the info I received . 6 months later I received a call from Chafix that now would be a good time to come in . So I scheduled an appointment. When I came in the service I received from Chafix was excellent. I felt like he wasn’t on my side trying to get the best price and I did. I will definitely return to this dealer and recommend all my friends to come see him . Thank you Chafix and I love the car . More
