Not helpful, tries to rip customer off as much as they can as always. Not helpful. Recall notices and parts I brought my car in for standard servicing but I also brought in a recall notice that I recently received from Lexus. Not only did you guys not have I brought my car in for standard servicing but I also brought in a recall notice that I recently received from Lexus. Not only did you guys not have any knowledge of this notice until I took it out of my pocket, you did not have any of the parts needed to repair my car per the notice. Your service center seems to be totally out of contact with what Lexus is communicating to the car owners. Now my car has to come back to repair the recall issue at a later date. Very disappointing. I’m thoroughly satisfied with my new vehicle , the updated features and its performance. I honestly can’t think of any other car that compares at this level of quality and service! The icing on the cake, was the impeccable customer service and friendliness that was shown by your Sales Associate Meghan Ahrens. Her attention to my needs and wants for my new vehicle made the whole experience headache free. There were a couple of hiccups along the way that we’re totally out of her control. However, Meghan was able to resolve any issues that occurred in the most efficient worry-free way. I loved how honest and informative Meghan was, she was very knowledgeable of the Lexus brand and eager to help at any capacity in addressing any of my concerns or reservations with purchasing a new vehicle.
