I then met Santiago who greeted me with a comforting experience. He didn't try to attack me with sales pitch as all past salesmen have done in my past experiences. Santiago accommodated to what I was looking for and gave me all the information needed to make the decision on the Mazda. Although I did not have the funds at the moment to purchase the car, I will be going back to Santiago to buy a car from him.
