He goes above and beyond to make the customer happy. I purchased a CPO GS 2015 from him. He gave me exactly the price I wanted and did not haggle me. He has followed up several times to see if there were any issues with the car and if I needed help with anything. He has even offered a free remote starter for my car! Very satisfied with how Kris performed as a sales person and as an individual. More

Joseph and the manager Michael were very friendly and reasonably ok to work with. I walked in based on an internet price and a car that I didn't think was certified. I ended up paying a certification fee (as others have mentioned) that wasn't disclosed online via the third party website. It was an ok deal, as good as any other black or white CPO NX200t of the same year and similar miles within a 500 mile radius. The CPO warranty and benefits are what got the deal done for me; although if I had gone in thinking the car was certified at the lower online price I probably would have walked. More
