Joseph understood I needed to feel comfortable with deal beyond my trust in Lexus CPO, i.e. no risk/exposure, in order to travel from the Washington, DC area (200+ miles) to inspect and purchase - I was in and out in less than an hour my CPO Lexus ES350. Joseph was even helpful in the days following the sale to answer additional questions and provide some additional documentation requested by me. More
