Every experience prior to Lexus of Englewood was miserable. We were so frustrated at being constantly misled. With Nenad it truly felt like we were being listened to. He answered all our questions honestly and provided great insight into the different options. Walking away we felt like we had bought the car we wanted instead of being sold a car that didn't fit our needs. We've already recommended several friends to Nenad. After a terrible experience purchasing my last car, I made sure I didn't settle for anything but perfect this time around. I did my research, got my referrals, and started the process. Unfortunately, I had no early success, as I felt I wasn't being offered a fair price, until I walked into Lexus of Englewood. As cliche as it sounds, the level of professionalism here is really second to none. From the second I walked in, Joseph (the salesman) greeted me and immediately made sure that by the time I leave I would be more than satisfied, even if I didn't purchase a car from him. This made me feel very comfortable, for once as strange as it sounds I felt a sense of loyalty at a car dealership. After discussing with Joseph what I was looking for and my budget, he laid out my options and really worked with me. I spent a decent amount of time conversing with him, but I decided I had to go home and think about it. He had absolutely no problem with it, as far as he knew I could have never showed up again, but he made sure my experience was worthwhile. Long story short, I went back a few days later and bought a car from Joseph, not only because I got a good deal but because I was treated fairly. I would truly recommend the Lexus of Englewood to anyone who cares about professionalism and fairness! Give it a shot. More

The reason for the 4 star score was due to the sales manager making blatantly false statements over the phone to close the deal. He stated the car had like-new Michelin Pilot Sport A/S3 Plus tires all the way around. The right rear is a Michelin. The left rear is a Pirelli. The two front tires were obviously replaced at the dealership and were the cheapest Chinese garbage they could find in that size. In addition, I needed to stop at a Mercedes dealer 30 miles away to purchase a part for the drive home. These issues and a few other false statements were made by the sales manager alone and do not reflect on the character of Vlada or John. More
