Great salesmanship ! We recently leased a new Lexus -NX200 T from Lexus of Engelwood for my daughter who is a recent graduate. We were very happy with our experience wit We recently leased a new Lexus -NX200 T from Lexus of Engelwood for my daughter who is a recent graduate. We were very happy with our experience with the sales person,Jesus, at this dealership. He understood our needs, valued our time and went above and beyond here s duties to streamline our experience at the dealership. Understanding and respecting the time limitations and constraints that I had, Jesus worked out the majority of the deal details via email, which was such a blessing, as most other dealers would not even want to discuss any details unless you took the time and personally visited their dealership. He also accommodated my OCD nature in insisting that we cross all T's and dot all the I's before we actually went to the dealership, so that we were able to accomplish everything in one visit including picking up the car. That does not mean that the deal was without any hiccups, but, again, I have to applaud Jesus and the general manager who was so very approachable and understanding enough to iron out the kinks in the deal. A word of caution though, re: this one very surly, rude and disrespectful finance manager named Sam. I would specifically ask to be referred to anyone but him, for your financing application. And always ask if there's anything you can do to qualify for a TIER 1 PLUS interest rate, if you're leasing. Bottom line, compared to the other dealerships that we've dealt with, this dealership really went overboard to earn our business and from our end, they will be the first ones we contact when we are ready to buy our next 2018 Lexus.
