Games, deciption and lack of response I went to buy a car from the dealership and was very dissatisfied and troubled by the game playing and "flip flopping". Actually I'm not sure if that was worse or the lack of response by management. After bad style negotiation that wasted 2 hours of my time, I decided to leave and after I did I got a call with a semi reasonable counter to my offer so I turned around and went back. Little that I knew that it was another game and the number I was given was not being honored. This morning they sent me a car fax and emails to get me back to the table but as soon as I asked to get their final number I was told the car sold over the weekend.. Not sure why communicate with me on Monday regarding a car that sold on Saturday. GAMES GAMES GAMES.. I WOULD STAY AWAY More
Lousy Service I went to the service center for a routine service (maintenance light came on). The service guy tried to over sell me things I didn't need e.g. new br I went to the service center for a routine service (maintenance light came on). The service guy tried to over sell me things I didn't need e.g. new brakes etc. the car is only a year old with 7,000 miles on it. We agreed a regular service for oil. I never received a call the next day to pick up my car and had to call twice to finally get it. Here is the 350 bucks worth of service I received: - Oil changed - Statement said tires were rotated which they were not. - Car wasn't washed (the guy said the machine was broken), - I asked why the interior wasn't cleaned and I was told it was (this is a lie no one attempted to clean the interior). - I provided feedback and was told that the service manager would reach out to me. To date I haven't heard anything and its over a month. Interestingly, I have received around 8 sales call from these guys trying to sell new cars.....total sharks stay away. More

Great place? right !!! Great customer service? hmmmmm I had waited an hour to see the customer service representative but I couldn't see any representative.. Just wasted an hour. Sold me a used broken down car as new, want my 3500 back Was Represented rx350 was brand new and was told when I asked Chanda sales agent directly she said ""had ten miles". Rx 350 the odometer said 189. Was totally in disbelief. I purchased a new vehicle . I refused deliver the Lexus had 4 broken down tires, 3 badly scratched rims,filthy dirty interior, had white liquid dried substance all over the interior, check tire and Rim dashboard light was on, ripped leather seats, was given only one key, told manager This car something is wrong, somebody turned back the mileage , and could not answer Who put the mileage on the car I bought it new, I was taken advantage , fraud in the inducement Chanda now I know why she refused and dogged my repeated requests to inspect vehicle, said "first sign documents", she explained. When I objected to sign odometer reading statement, as I have not been shown vehicle, she said "you do not have to sign that one" I was told to sign bottom of page, which I reluctantly did but wrote a disclaimer I was not shown the vehicle. I belief this was fraud in the inducement, they knowingly sold me A Rx in this used condition or should have known..now they refuse to give back my money. More
Very Disappointed My father and I were at the Englewood dealership on Saturday taking a look at the Lexus NX. We dealt with Chad, who was very helpful. I test drove the car, discussed specifics, and was ready to make a deal. During negotiations, we were introduced to Gerard, who took over the negotiations from Chad. We reached a deal (He agreed and we agreed), shook hands, and I started to fill out paperwork. At that time, we had one of the finance managers, Greg, come down to discuss specifics, and at that moment we were told that there was an extra charge in addition to the price previously agreed upon. When my father questioned this, Gerard came over, since he was the person who we made the deal with. From here on out, I can say I am very disappointed and shocked at Gerard's behavior. He loudly stated that this is an "obvious" charge that we should have expected (even though he admitted it was NOT stated previously). When my father stated that he is changing his word, Gerard loudly and aggressively stated the following: "It was out of my stupidity that I thought you are SHARP enough to understand." I was outraged by the blatant disrespect that we received. We left their dealership with no intention to ever deal with them again. If the issue was simply about the additional charge, we would have politely discussed it, however, the way Gerard handled the situation, unfortunately, cost him a very serious customer. As for me, I'm confident I'll get the car I want with the respect I deserve, elsewhere. Thanks to Chad and Greg for their professionalism and help! More
