I purchase a brand new RX2015 I purchase a Brand New RX 2015 back an May 2015 and since the very 1st day i had a problem the Radio, i call the service department and they wanted me I purchase a Brand New RX 2015 back an May 2015 and since the very 1st day i had a problem the Radio, i call the service department and they wanted me to take the car, i said that i don't have their time they schedule me for the following week , my car was there since thursday june 4th till tuesday june 9, they call me that they need to order a new Radio, also told them that my license plate already expired and to check for my and the registration, well my car was delivered yes with the new radio but without the plates and registration, i call the sales person and he told he was going to get back to me and he didn't, i call the next day and later yesterday june 10 they call me that they have my registration to go and pick up and to put my license plates. More

Had a problem, but they made good. I initially had an issue with my new Lexus CT250h, but the customer service person followed up and they made good. Great Experience Fernando and the rest of the staff were great at helping me get into a new car (09).
